At Sol Flo, our workshops are designed to give you more than just a temporary reset. They’re about helping you deeply rest, reconnect with yourself, and learn practical tools you can carry into everyday life — all to empower you to feel more balanced, resilient, and energised.

If you’ve been feeling tired, stressed, or not quite like yourself, you’re not alone. Many people I work with are looking for more than relief from injuries, aches or tension — they want to feel grounded, energised, and resilient again. What’s often underneath these struggles is cortisol — our body’s main stress hormone — which, when unbalanced, can disrupt sleep, mood, metabolism, and overall wellbeing.

The good news? Small, consistent shifts can calm cortisol, reduce inflammation, and bring your body back into balance.

That’s exactly why I created the Women’s Wellness Workshop Series: a three-part, retreat-style program designed to help you regulate your nervous system, restore energy, and build simple, sustainable habits that support long-term health and joy.

The 3-Part Series

 

Each 2-hour weekly session blends:
